It’s not easy getting a new product and supplier approved. Certain certificates, product labelling and packaging are needed in order for goods to live up to local standards. To achieve this is a team effort involving our staff in in both Procurement, Portfolio, Quality Assurance and Sales. When this collaboration comes together, we deliver speed and flexibility as demonstrated by our sale of Edam Wedges to Australia. In a matter of weeks, product samples were sent and approved, new item numbers established and labels changed according to client and market needs. Our sales coordinators handled the complex process of samples, orders, shipments and on time delivery to perfection and are just waiting for more supplies to send Down Under.

By taking advantage of our office in France and their expertise in French cheeses, we have been able to supply the Australian market with an authentic short shelf life French Brie and Camembert at an affordable price. Campaigns have often been supported by successful samplings.
As a result, sales of our Mon Ami Brie and Camembert have doubled and we are gaining significant market share in this category.
