Fresh-Frozen Vegetables 

We are proud to offer a wide range of 'fresh-frozen' quality vegetables, including garden peas, vegetable mixes, sweet corn and healthy beans. With most of our vegetables picked, washed and frozen within hours to secure a fresh taste, texture and quality, we certainly think they live up to their 'fresh-frozen' name. 

Emborg Fresh frozen vegetables have since their launch in the 1980s been preferred by consumers due to their premium quality. All our vegetables are selected from European farming areas with the best growing conditions. They are peeled, washed, rinsed and frozen within hours after harvest to retain the real taste of nutrients.

In orter to ensure the best quality, the vegetables are quickly frozen, using freezing method at extremely low temperatures enabling the freezing time to take only a few minutes. The crops are frequently quality-controlled in regards to seeding, crop treatment and harvest time. This is how we ensure the best Emborg quality with real taste.  

We are proud to be able to introduce our first organic products under our Emborg brand. We are introducing three different types of frozen vegetables in this category: Garden Peas, Mixed Vegetables and Chopped Spinach.

Consumers today are more health sensible and pay attention to product ingredients – they expect premium quality.
